The Perfect Blueprint for Immune Readiness

What is immune readiness exactly?

The summer is almost over and fall is right around the corner. This is the perfect time for immune readiness. Think of it as a post-summer tuneup. Try to minimize stress as much as possible. Get more sleep and regular exercise. Drink more water and maintain a healthy weight. Eat a diet loaded with fruits and vegetables. Don’t smoke, and drink alcohol only in moderation.

Even with all of the above implemented, your body still needs specific nutrients to keep your immune system primed, prepared and ready for action. These nutrients may be difficult to consistently obtain through diet alone. The immune system needs a targeted blend of nutrients that provide broad-spectrum support to the body’s immune system. You need quercetin, a powerful bioflavonoid that aids in supporting the immune system. Vitamin C and N-acetyl cysteine are potent antioxidants that promote respiratory function and support the function of quercetin. Vitamin D and zinc are important micronutrients that help create a robust immune reserve. This powerful combination of nutrients works together to promote healthy respiratory and immune function.

Nutrients can prepare your body for both surveillance and action. My private label Opti Mune supplements have the optimum blend of vitamin D, vitamin C and zinc paired with the plant flavonoid quercetin and n-acetyl cysteine (NAC) to get your immune system ready for anything, for as long as you need it. And it’s convenient; you don’t have to buy five separate supplements. Opti Mune has everything you need in one capsule, and it is also an affordable option and is safe for long-term use. It contains zero herbs that could stimulate a sensitive immune system. I consider Opti Mune as the  “perfect blueprint for immune readiness”.

08-09-21 Deep Dive PREMIUM – with Jamie Walden

Meet Jamie Walden, of Omega Dynamics. Imbued with matchless passion for all things “adventurous” and “fun”, Jamie’s teen years were filled with significant tumult (injuries, arrests, and choices of near life-long consequence). However, amid the rebellion and ruckus, Jamie continually endeavored to one day earn the title, “U.S. Marine”. After being nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Defense, Intelligence, and Diplomacy in Washington, D.C., where he subsequently secured a nomination to the US Naval Academy, Jamie made the determination to simply enlist in the Marine Corps Infantry and achieve his childhood dream.

After leaving the Marines Corps, Jamie obtained a double major B.S. in Law Enforcement and History. Pursuing a career in Federal Law Enforcement, Jamie was selected as an Intern for the United States Marshals Service, and subsequent recruitment to a “Three Letter” agency. It was then, when Jamie received “the call”, that the Lord began testing and affirming the genuineness of his faith.

After again returning to Iraq in 2014 to serve the Christians suffering under the savage campaign of ISIS, Jamie and his wife Virginia were compelled to surrender their paradigm and follow the Lord into full-time ministry.

“The Mission of Omega Dynamics is this: to teach, train and equip “Those with ears to hear” to stand anew in their rightful place as more than conquerors in a kingdom that cannot be shaken…this generation is literally, eternally dying for us to”
