I Like It. I Love It. I Want More Of It

Nitric oxide (NO) is often called “the miracle molecule of life”. It’s so important! Its main benefit is as a vasodilator, meaning that it relaxes the muscles in the blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. Because NO promotes vasodilation, it can help prevent unwanted blood clots, stroke, and arterial inflammation to reduce your risk of heart disease.

What is it?

NO is also a powerful antioxidant and it has anti-inflammatory properties. Nitric oxide is naturally produced by the body and it is key to both cardiac and brain health. The brain contains 10 times more nitric oxide than any other body organ. NO acts as a neurotransmitter that helps promote memory, information recall and learning. It is essential for your heart and your head.

Nitric oxide is also important for your muscles and joints. During exercise, you produce more NO because both your heart rate and blood flow increase. Producing NO during exercise results in increased blood flow, and that means more oxygen and nutrients are carried through the blood. So be sure to get those daily moves in!

However, you also get benefits from NO when you simply just breathe! A deep inhale through your nostrils promotes deep oxygen exchange which can stimulate NO production to benefit your lungs and dilate the pulmonary arteries.

How do I get it?

Some people make more NO than others, and production in the body does decline with age, at around age 45-50. Certain lifestyle factors can also slow NO production in the body. Foods like celery, lettuce, beetroot, spinach and arugula contain NO, but let’s be honest — how much arugula do you eat in a week?

Unless you really, really like arugula A LOT, you need a supplement. I have trusted CardioMiracle for many years. It is the best NO supplement out there, hands down. It’s what you need to feed your body at the cellular level. Cardio Miracle has been scientifically shown to stimulate nitric oxide expression twenty-four hours a day.
We recommend it to all our clinic patients, with rave reviews. They like it. In fact they love it, and they want more of it. You will too!

08-09-21 Deep Dive PREMIUM – with Jamie Walden

Meet Jamie Walden, of Omega Dynamics. Imbued with matchless passion for all things “adventurous” and “fun”, Jamie’s teen years were filled with significant tumult (injuries, arrests, and choices of near life-long consequence). However, amid the rebellion and ruckus, Jamie continually endeavored to one day earn the title, “U.S. Marine”. After being nominated to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum on Defense, Intelligence, and Diplomacy in Washington, D.C., where he subsequently secured a nomination to the US Naval Academy, Jamie made the determination to simply enlist in the Marine Corps Infantry and achieve his childhood dream.

After leaving the Marines Corps, Jamie obtained a double major B.S. in Law Enforcement and History. Pursuing a career in Federal Law Enforcement, Jamie was selected as an Intern for the United States Marshals Service, and subsequent recruitment to a “Three Letter” agency. It was then, when Jamie received “the call”, that the Lord began testing and affirming the genuineness of his faith.

After again returning to Iraq in 2014 to serve the Christians suffering under the savage campaign of ISIS, Jamie and his wife Virginia were compelled to surrender their paradigm and follow the Lord into full-time ministry.

“The Mission of Omega Dynamics is this: to teach, train and equip “Those with ears to hear” to stand anew in their rightful place as more than conquerors in a kingdom that cannot be shaken…this generation is literally, eternally dying for us to”
