John Strand is an entrepreneur, speaker, author, and longtime advocate for constitutional liberty whose life changed dramatically following the events of January 6, 2021. Formerly pursuing a career in Hollywood as an actor, writer, and filmmaker, he later became widely known for his work alongside America’s Frontline Doctors and his public advocacy for medical freedom before finding himself at the center of one of the most closely watched federal prosecutions in modern American history.

After rejecting a federal plea agreement that would have required him to admit guilt for conduct he maintains he did not commit, John served one year in federal prison while continuing to challenge the government’s case. His legal battle ultimately resulted in a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision affecting numerous January 6 prosecutions, followed by the complete dismissal of all charges against him.
