It’s Heart Month: Two Gifts Your Heart Really Needs

Can you believe it’s February already? At the beginning of the year, many of us made resolutions for better health, particularly cardiovascular health. Now that it’s Heart Month, let’s focus on heart health. Where is a good place to start? More exercise is good, and supplements for your heart are also a very good idea.
