With special guest Mike Dillon

They Said It Was About AI But …

The Fight Over Water, Farmland, and Local Control

Artificial intelligence is being promoted as the future. Mike Dillon believes the public is being shown only part of the story.

Behind every AI platform sits an expanding network of massive data centers that require enormous amounts of water, electricity, land, cooling systems, and industrial infrastructure. As these projects spread across the country, communities are beginning to ask questions about resource consumption, farmland preservation, rising energy demand, local oversight, and the long-term consequences of decisions made today.

In this conversation Dillon examines the growing concerns surrounding AI infrastructure and why many residents believe the public conversation is happening after key agreements have already been made.

The discussion moves beyond technology and into questions of property rights, food security, government transparency, environmental stewardship, and who ultimately controls the resources communities depend on every day.

The story of artificial intelligence may not be confined to computer screens. It may be unfolding in the communities where these projects are being built.

THE TENPENNY FILES

With special guest Pastor Che Ahn, author of

Hope California:

My Journey with the Holy Spirit to Transform a State

Pastor Che Ahn says Christians have spent years blaming politicians, courts, schools, media companies, and activist groups for the direction of the culture. He believes the church should look in the mirror first.

California has roughly 12 million evangelicals. Millions are not registered to vote. Millions more stay home on election day. According to Pastor Che Ahn, politicians have noticed.

Drawing from his Supreme Court victory against California’s church shutdowns, he explains why religious liberty must be defended, why pastors avoid civic engagement, and how theology may be shaping political passivity in ways many believers never considered.

The conversation explores voting, parental rights, abortion policy, education, religious freedom, revival, and the growing gap between what Christians say they value and what they are willing to defend.

At the center of the discussion is a question that reaches far beyond California. If believers want cultural change, what responsibility do they carry for the culture that exists today?

With special guest Rainer Zitelmann, author of

New Space Capitalism:

The Entrepreneurial Path to the Stars – Part 1

The next fight over property rights may not happen on Earth.

Decisions being made today could determine who controls resources, territory, and wealth beyond our planet. Most people think space exploration is about rockets and astronauts. Rainer Zitelmann argues it is becoming a battle over ownership.

I welcome bestselling author, entrepreneur, and historian Rainer Zitelmann to discuss his book New Space Capitalism: The Entrepreneurial Path to the Stars. The conversation examines why America reached the moon more than fifty years ago yet struggled to make meaningful progress afterward. It explores how private companies changed the economics of space travel and why entrepreneurs are accomplishing things governments failed to achieve despite decades of funding and political promises.

The discussion moves quickly into questions that sound futuristic but are becoming increasingly urgent. If humans establish settlements on Mars, who owns the land? If companies mine asteroids, who owns those resources? If private capital builds the infrastructure that makes space development possible, should governments control the outcome?

Zitelmann traces the history of privately funded space research, explains how SpaceX transformed launch economics, and makes the case that property rights may become the defining issue of humanity’s next expansion.

The interview introduces ideas that stretch far beyond headlines about rockets and launches. His book goes much deeper into the legal, economic, and historical forces that could shape the future of civilization itself.

With special guest Rainer Zitelmann, author of

New Space Capitalism:

The Entrepreneurial Path to the Stars – Part 2

Most people think space exploration is about rockets.

Rainer Zitelmann argues that the real story is ownership.

In Part 2 of this fascinating conversation, Zitelmann and I explore who may control the resources, industries, and opportunities waiting beyond Earth. The discussion examines asteroid mining, private property rights in space, robotic labor, artificial intelligence, space tourism, and the legal questions that emerge when commercial activity extends beyond our planet.

The interview begins with one of the most controversial debates surrounding modern space exploration. Why do so many people still question the moon landings? The conversation explores those questions before expanding into the future of human settlement, economic development, and ownership beyond Earth.

China’s rapidly growing space ambitions also take center stage as the discussion turns toward the possibility that the next geopolitical competition may involve resources and territory far beyond our atmosphere.

Part 1 explained how private enterprise changed the space industry. Part 2 asks who may benefit most from what comes next.

THE TENPENNY FILES

With special guest James Grundvig, author of

Master Manipulator:

The Explosive True Story of Fraud, Embezzlement,

and Government Betrayal at the CDC

For more than twenty years, parents have been told there was nothing to see. The studies were done. The questions were answered. The science was settled. Meanwhile, autism rates continued to rise, families searched for answers, and physicians who challenged the narrative found themselves attacked by medical boards, government agencies, professional organizations, the media, and a public conditioned to believe the debate was over. Investigative journalist James Grundvig, whose own son regressed into autism after childhood vaccinations, has spent more than a decade examining one of the most controversial stories at the center of that fight.

Millions of families have lived with the consequences. Parents who trusted the system watched their children change and were told their concerns were anecdotal. Doctors who spoke out risked their careers, reputations, and livelihoods. The deeper the questions became, the harder institutions worked to convince the public that everything had already been investigated.

In Master Manipulator, Grundvig documented the rise of Danish researcher Poul Thorsen, the CDC-funded autism studies that helped shape public trust in vaccine safety, and the financial crimes that eventually led to a federal indictment. What many assumed was an old story has suddenly become very current because Thorsen has now been extradited to the United States.

Grundvig joins me to examine the studies that influenced public policy, the allegations of fraud and scientific misconduct that followed, and the questions that refused to disappear. The conversation explores mercury, aluminum, autism rates, government accountability, and the institutions that helped defend a narrative long after concerns were raised.

This interview goes beyond the headlines and beyond the book. As legal proceedings move forward, one question hangs over the entire story: if the man at the center of this controversy is finally forced to answer questions under oath, what might the public learn about one of the most consequential public health debates of our time?
