History is more than just the living record of nations, leaders, and wars. It’s packed with tales of how someone stood up, even died for, what they believed in. History has inspirational stories of people who overcame all odds to make their dreams come true. When we appreciate history, it gives us a rich context of the world around us.

Plus, history is just plain interesting. When you study the history of topics you’re interested in, all those ‘favorite things’ just come alive and have more meaning. So much of our important American history has been taken out of schools and colleges. Even worse, what remains has been re-written to suit the needs of the current socialist leaning of our society.

Matt and I are both big history buffs. We enjoy the rich heritage behind so many things that we take for granted. After much discussion about current events, and in the context of the many questions we get every day, we’ve put together a Summer Camp that is not only important, but we know you will thoroughly enjoy!
