1. Normally $221, if you order your test here, the 25-OH Vitamin test is $69. This is paid by credit card; you can later turn into your insurance company for reimbursement (if applicable)

5. An attachment will come to you via your email address. Print this form and take to a local LabCorp blood draw station
6. Your test results will be emailed direction to you
7. Your results should be >60 ng/mL
