  1. Dr Tenpenny – my daughter has been injured by a vaccine & we cannot get the doctors to recognize it as such. I am seeking help from every source possible & your name has come up several times. Where do we start to reverse these effects or can we? She has been diagnosed with fibromyalgia – muscle myalgia, back/neck pain, chronic daily headache, migraines, insomnia, chronic fatigue, dizziness, nausea, etc. We just don’t know where to start. Thanks so much for taking time to read our story

  2. I have been an RN for 38 yrs. I am now being threatened with termination unless I accept a Flu Vaccine. I have researched the Rapid Influenza tests and wonder if I offered to my employer to undergo, at my expense, this testing each day before my work shift, would this be a viable option. How soon do these Rapid Tests detect Influenza. The only literature I can find discusses testing asap with onset of symptoms. Could it be used for prophylactic detection? My employer stresses that since influenza can be transmitted before symptoms are noted, the only thing safe for our patients is for staff to be vaccinated. Again, my question, does this test detect influenza prior to the onset of symptoms?

    • Your employer is incorrect and needs to read more. However, that is not your battle – you have the right to a religious exemption. Interesting approach to use the Rapid test to see if you are a carrier! This might be something that could catch on. Please contact Vaccine Rights Attorney, Alan Phyillips for more information. This is a HORRIBLE hospital policy and its going to get worse. They are already discussing requiring many more vaccines for healthcare workers in the future. ~ Dr Sherri

  3. Dear Dr. Tenpenny

I am writing to inquire as to whether or not you offer services in the form of acting as an expert witness in child custody trials. My husband is initiating a high conflict divorce and fighting for full legal custody, etc. Our daughter (age six) is not vaccinated and he wants her vaccinated. This will most likely go to trial in February. Would you be willing to testify on the behalf of those parents who carefully chose to delay or forgo vaccinations – I did not make this decision without hours and hours of responsible research and careful consideration. If this is something you still do, how much do you charge? We live in the Boston metro-west area.
    Thank you
    Kind Regards
    Loree – Arlington, Massachusetts

    • Due to the many time constraints in my schedule, both nationally and internationally, I no longer provide expert witness services vaccine injury or custody cases. Sadly, I don’t know any physicians who do. ~ Dr Sherri

  4. I was directed here from the radio show with one radio network, which was great. I wish every one would listen to it.
I was looking at the Childcare and School Immunization Requirements PDF and noticed that its from 2006 and thus out of date. In 2006 the tetanus booster was not required for NY middle school students and now it is. Can you update the requirements or is there another source that’s more up to date? Now wondering why NY changed their requirements and if it was done this year or last year.

    Thanks, Maria

    • Hi Maria,
thanks for your comment and thanks for pointing out the need for the update. There is much work going into the DrTenpenny.com site right now and after the first of the year, you will see even more changes. In the mean time, here is a link to a site that may be more helpful. Click on your state and then you’ll find recommendations and requirements for all years of school. ~ Dr Sherri

  5. Dr Tenpenny my 10 month old had a fever of 104.7 today and we took him to the ER. After waiting and getting negative test results for influenza etc. except for a positive middle ear infection the Dr. came into the room for the first time and immediately questioned me about immunizations. She asked me why Alexander is not vaccinated and I told her I dont believe in them. She asked me about my sources and accused me of using “Jenny McCarthy” as my source which I dont even know who that is. Then she went on to say that this is not a valid source and that pertussis vaccine keeps babies from getting whooping cough. I pointed out to her that the pertussis vaccine has also killed babies and she stated that its not true. She then went on to tell me about her 15 years of education that backs up her opinion for the need of vaccines. I told her I understand and that I do not want to feel pressured to vaccinate and that ultimately its my decision. She also used a scare tactic and said that some hospitals wont even treat babies that are not immunized. She finally gave up but I cried the whole way home because I am a new mom and it is challenging enough to make this decision to not vaccinate. Also, as a first time mom a fever alone is scary enough. I felt pressured and disrespected and should not have considering that we where only there to get the fever treated. ANY feedback will be appreciated I just need my decision to not vaccinate to be validated over and over again so that when questioned by these Doctors that believe its good I can feel confident in my decision. Thank you very much.
    Sincerely,
    Sharra L. Wright BH-HUS

    • You’re bravery is an example to all moms…new and not-so-new. You did the right thing. You should report that physician to the state medical board for bullying. She would change her tune after the Medical Board calls her. They are obligated to follow up on every complaint. This is so representative of the “parent-child” relationship that doctors feel they have a Right to impose on other adults. Thank you for standing up for your child…and other parents who would follow your lead. ~ Dr Sherri

  6. Dear Dr: Your voice rang clear as a bell on the Alex Jones program.Could you tell me what equipment you are using?
    Much appreciative,
    Brian O’Kane

    • I was simply using the microphone on my MacBook Air, not even a headset. The speaker on this little computer is very good, but I’m sure the credit for the good sound was in Alex’s studio equipment. Thanks so much! ~ Dr Sherri
